I just got off the phone with one of your reps, named Judy, and it was a TOTAL PLEASURE!! This gal listened to my "woes", and was so kind, patient, and polite.
I was inquiring about the bra extenders, and looking for a size you folks don't have (yet!) Judy was so helpful and took my name, email address and phone number in case you folks do stock what I'm looking for.
My-O-My, we need more "Judys'" in customer service at every business!

Got my order and love my suits! They both FIT!!! I'm looking forward to hanging around in them as the summer gets hotter and I get bigger. I'm due for my first in September. Thank you so much for the wonderful nursing bras (the first that have ever fit properly) and, most of all, the Lansinoh.  I did not discover the benefits of Lansinoh until too late with my second child and made a point of purchasing it from you ahead of time for my third baby.........what a huge difference it has made!!! I think that all new mothers should know how radically this simple product can help you have a wonderful nursing experience......although I have enjoyed nursing each of my babies, it has always been uncomfortable (often extremely painful) until this baby and I credit Lansinoh for making the difference. please tell all of your customers that this is a "must buy" along with their nursing bras!

Just wanted to say I received the "After the Baby" special I ordered a few days ago and I am extremely pleased with the quality of the merchandise and the wonderful pricing! The person who took the order was very helpful and very friendly, and the products I received are just great... I don't think I've ever been as pleased with anything I've ordered through a catalog... Please please please tell me you can help. I'm only 5 months pregnant but am already wearing the biggest bra they sell in this town (and the neighboring ones too). The doctor has restricted my activities for various reasons so I can't make the 3 hour train trip into "town". Tell me you have a catalog. Tell me you ship to Japan and we'll name our baby Abracadabra. (Just kidding!!)

About 2 weeks ago I placed an order with you and I would like to thank you for your courteous service on the phone, your prompt delivery to me, and the fine quality I received. I just received my package of bras and nursing gowns today.... I know I can't find a better price anywhere -- believe me I've looked!! This is my second pregnancy and the first time I spent over three times as much on the exact same brand name items and could only afford to buy the bare minimum of nursing essentials. This time things will be different. I will be able to afford to have the luxury of ordering more products and occasionally updating my nursing wardrobe to suit my needs.

Your customer service staff should be commended for their courtesy, friendliness and helpfulness over the phone. I do quite a bit of my shopping by mail order and often times the person on the other end of the phone is not willing to go out of their way to answer questions and offer assistance. Abracadabra made me feel elegant going through pregnancy! Their stylish clothing highlights your body's normal shape, providing fullness only where necessary and it holds up wonderfully through many washings. I know I enjoyed being pregnant more because of Abracadabra!
