Your satisfaction is guaranteed!! You may return an item* for any reason and we will provide you with either an exchange or a full refund, excluding shipping charges. Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt (Gifts purchased for the Holidays may be returned prior to January 9th), Swimwear must have the Hygienic Liner attached, all items must be in new condition, and not be laundered. Please bag merchandise in plastic before shipping. *Panties and Pantyhose may not be returned.

We would be glad to ship out an exchange immediately if you call or e-mail us.

If you would like to exchange an item, we will pay postage (US only) to ship out the new item.

Most products Ship the same or the next business day. You will only be charged for the items we ship on the day we ship them. On rare occasions some products are back ordered. If we back order a portion of your order, we will pay for the shipping for the back ordered item or items. Current shipping times are posted in step 2 of the checkout process.

To ship to an International Address. We ship our products internationally via Amazon.com. Please copy the title of the item you are interested in and search for that title in the apparel section of Amazon.com. You can then order the item using your Amazon.com account and we will ship the item(s) to the international address you provide to Amazon.com.
