The Reenie Maternity Belt may be worn over top of or beneath lingerie. Avoid snagging your hosiery and other delicates by taking care to fasten Velcro ends when dressing.

Starting at the back of your waist, bring the ends of the long abdomen support belt around to the front and attach the Velcro tabs together well below your tummy. Adjust to provide a snug, comfortably uplifting support.	Now grasp the ends of the shorter back support belt. Stretch the ends forward and downward until you feel a firm support in the small of your back. Press the ends of this belt onto the soft Velcro sides of the first belt.

Securely connect all Velcro tabs before laundering to avoid snagging other garments. Machine wash, cold. No chlorine bleach. Tumble dry, low. Remove promptly.
